To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntakeForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court. Class action waiver applies.
